Final Lunch Billing

PARENTS:    Final lunch and fee billing were sent out 4-24-24.  All balances are expected to be paid before your student can check out for the year.  Seniors on 5/17/24 and Juniors - EKG on 5/24/24.  Credit balances will also be refunded on the last day if there are funds available.  If not, a check will be sent to the families before our school year ends 6/30/24.  Policy is to not carry any lunch balances over into the next school year.

Please call Terri @ 406-463-2251 if you need help figuring out balances or have questions.  Please call and make arrangements on any balance you can not have paid by 5/24/24.

Please do not make this a situation for your student on their last day of school.  Billing is a parent's responsibility.

Free Summer Food Program

Hello everybody! The school year is quickly coming to an end so am looking to see who is wanting to participate in the free food program this summer. Last summer was our first time offering it and I had a great turn out!

This year the first pickup will be on June 12th and the last one will be on August 15th. It will be a once a week pick up (Wednesdays) between 10am and 11am and will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches for each child.

Please know that this is not just limited to students of our school so if you know of anyone in the area who may like to join in please let them know about it!

If you are wanting to participate please contact me thru text or email with your name, contact info and the number of children that will be receiving the meals.

I hope to hear from you!

Thank you,
Becky Taylor

Sports Participation Information:

All student athletes need to purchase activity tickets prior to the first practice.

All students in grades 5, 7, 9, & 11, that will be participating in any school sponsored sports will need to perform the baseline concussion test. This test generally takes 20-30 minutes to complete. Please contact Mr. Widhalm to sign up for this test..

JH and HS Athletes and Parents:

If you are planning on participating in volleyball, football, basketball or track, you will be required to have a physical examination completed and concussion forms signed. There 2 forms can be found on the athletics tab of the school website.

These 2 items need to be completed before you are able to participate in your first practice. You can print these forms, get them completed and turn them into the office or bring them to your first practice and turn them into your coaches.

Reminder of 8 am Start Time

"The staff of Power School District would like to remind families of our 8:00 am start time. We do not have supervision or breakfast for students before 8:00 am. Teachers need time before the day starts to get all their wonderful lessons prepared! Thank you for your understanding and support."

Respectfully,
Nichole Pieper
